Each account is associated with a single registered email address and phone number.

Packtivate offers Free, Basic, Premium, and Custom plans.
Features, QR code limits, scan limits, and pricing are published on our website and may change from time to time.
Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are payable in advance.
- Monthly and annual plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
- Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
Packtivate reserves the right to suspend Services for overdue accounts.
Custom integrations, implementation services, and development work may be subject to separate commercial agreements and one-time fees.
5. Customer Content
You retain ownership of all content uploaded or submitted through the Services, including:
- Logos
- Images
- Videos
- Product information
- Consumer communications
- Marketing content
You grant Packtivate a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, store, and transmit such content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have permission to use all uploaded content.
- The content does not violate any law.
- The content does not infringe any intellectual property rights or privacy rights of third parties.
6. Consumer Data and Analytics
The Services may collect information relating to consumer interactions, including:
- QR code scans

- Warranty registrations
- Consumer contact details voluntarily submitted by users
Packtivate provides analytics and reporting tools based on such information.

10. Data Retention
Packtivate may retain:
- Deleted pages for up to 45 days.
- Inactive customer accounts for up to 6 months.

After applicable retention periods, data may be permanently deleted.
11. Service Availability
Packtivate aims to provide reliable access to the Services.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Service interruptions may occur due to:

- Internet disruptions

12. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential all non-public information received from the other party in connection with the Services.

Packtivate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or loss of data.
Packtivate’s total aggregate liability arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer to Packtivate during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Packtivate, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Services.
- Your content.
- Consumer campaigns or offers created by you.
- Violation of these Terms.
- Violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.
16. Suspension and Termination
Packtivate may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms.
- Payment obligations are not fulfilled.
- Your activities pose security, legal, or operational risks.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Termination shall not affect any outstanding payment obligations.
17. Privacy
Your use of the Services is governed by the Packtivate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably.
19. Changes to Terms
Packtivate may modify these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on the website and become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
